That is a great tool, but how to you address the duplicate content issues?

Does this cache the RSS feeds, or fetch the feed for every page impression?

if it does not cache, you may significantly slow down the loaded of your site and piss off the feed provider.

You can specify the feed local cache time. Of course, the feed provider has to decide if it's worth it. If you keep sucking feeds every 30 minutes, there's a good chance he may get pissed.

As for duplicate content, feed syndication does not fall into that category. Generally speaking, Google or any other search engine will get hiccups about duplicate content only when you have an entire site duplicated. An example would be if you change URL's and leave the old site active. That's duplication. Lots of authors write articles for various websites which are nationally syndicated, meaning they appear on more than one website. Google happily indexes all of them and will show them all in search results.
